Self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt membrane
Self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt membrane is a strong self-adhesive waterproof material made out of polymer modified asphalt material as dipping and coating.The surface consists of separate silicon-coated insulation layer, including polyester filler base and without filler base.

Packing
Self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt membrane is available in:
- 1.5mm thickness,1mx20m/roll
- 2.0mm thickness,1mx15m/roll
- 3.0mm thickness,1mx10m/roll
Advantages

Application
Dry Paving Method
1. The basement should be solid, flat, clean and dry (moisture content of not more than 8%), and the surface should be free of dust, debris and grease. The yin and yang corners at the junction of flat and elevated surfaces should be made into rounded arcs or 45 angles.
2. Membrane application should be coated with asphalt-based grass-roots treatment agent to reduce the surface of the floating ash to enhance bonding, brushing should be uniform, shall not miss the brush or bottoming out,until the grass-roots level to reach the degree of dryness (generally to the non-sticky) before the construction of the next membrane.
3. According to the set paving direction on the grass-roots level pop-up control line, the membrane will be pre-paved according to the pre-populated baseline.
Extension of one end to the other end of the removal of self-adhesive membrane bottom surface of the isolation film according to the drainage slope from the low to the high side of the pavement self-adhesivemembrane, and scraper or roller and other tools will be membrane underneath the air to both sides to drive out of the pavement flat, dense.
Wet Paving Method
1. Grass-roots level should be solid, flat, clean, no dust and grease on the surface, and the yin and yang corners at the intersection of flat and vertical surfaces should be made into rounded arcs or 45 arc corners.
2. Mix the special adhesive powder, cement, and water in a proportion of 1:50:an appropriate amount, and stir until it becomes a paste (the amount of water should be adjusted according to the weather conditions and the moisture content of the base layer).
3. According to the set paving direction on the grass-roots level pop-up control line, the membrane will be pre-paved according to the pre-populated baseline.
4. To maintain a certain degree of wetness of the substrate, scraping on the substrate or brush coated thickened polymer slurry once and in the polymer glue before drying to remove the self-adhesive membrane bottom surface of the isolation film paving self-adhesive membrane, and scraper or roller and other tools will under the air and excess slurry to both sides to drive out of the paving smooth, dense, to prevent scraping out of the slurry contamination of the overlapping seams of self-adhesive adhesive.Standing on the Membrane is strictly prohibited within 24 hours when paving completed.
Safety Precautions
We recommend using protective gloves during installation.Self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt membrane should be lifted by two site personnel.

Storage and transportation
During transportation and storage, products of different types and specifications should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Avoid sunshine and rain, pay attention to ventilation. Storage temperature should not be higher than 45 ℃, membrane storage height of no more than five layers of flat storage, vertical storage in a single layer of stacking. Prevent tilting or side pressure during transport. Under normal storage and transport conditions, the shelf life is 1 year.
