Project Overview: Located in the Zhijiang area of Hangzhous Xihu District, Zhejiang Conservatory of Music is Zhejiang Provinces first undergraduate institution dedicated to music and arts. As a provincial key project, it represents a crucial initiative in Zhejiang's strategy to build a culturally strong province. Built against the hillside, the conservatory comprises two campuses—north and south. Spanning 602 mu (approximately 40 hectares), the campus features highly distinctive architectural designs tailored to the institution's unique functions, demanding exceptionally high standards for waterproofing.
