Zhengzhou National Transportation big data Industrial Park is the first batch of key construction projects (integrated infrastructure) in Henan Province in 2024. It is located in Longhu area, Zhengdong New Area, Zhengzhou city. The project is positioned as the core hub of national transportation big data. It plans to build four centers - road network data application innovation center, etc expansion application big data center, transportation logistics big data center and intelligent transportation blockchain technology center. With a total construction area of 265000 square meters, the project builds a digital enabling platform with technologies such as transportation big data, cloud computing and blockchain, forming a three-dimensional industrial spatial layout.

At present, our company is responsible for the waterproofing works of bid section II of the project. The waterproof materials are Luban waterproof Lvdu brand self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material, hot melt non curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating, SBS modified asphalt root puncture waterproof coiled material, polymer cement waterproof coating, cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating, etc.

The depth of the foundation pit of the project is up to 11m, the geological conditions are complex, and the groundwater treatment is difficult. Waterproofing treatment is very challenging. In terms of process selection, in view of the fact that the foundation pit is up to 11 meters deep and the geology is complex, our company adopts the construction strategy of "multi-channel fortification and combination of rigidity and flexibility". The side wall of the foundation pit adopts the composite process of "hot melt non curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating + Luban waterproof Lvdu brand self-adhesive polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material". The non curing coating has excellent creep, can closely fit the base surface, and can be automatically repaired even if there is a slight crack in the base. The coiled material provides a high-strength waterproof barrier, and the two work together to resist the seepage pressure of groundwater; For areas prone to quicksand and water inrush, during the construction of water stop curtain, strictly control the spraying thickness and uniformity of cement-based permeable crystalline waterproof coating, make use of its water-soluble crystalline characteristics, form water-insoluble crystals in the concrete, block capillary channels, and enhance the self waterproofing capacity of the structure.
