1.Description:

Water-soluble polyurethane grouting liquid is synthesized from polyether and isocyanic acid, which are ring-opening copolymers of methane oxide, ethylene oxide and propylene oxide. It foams and expands when it encounters water, and immediately undergoes a polymerization reaction to form a gel, sealing the leakage gap, thereby achieving the purpose of stopping water and leakage.

2.Application range:

Grouting and sealing of cracks in concrete structures such as underground projects, pipelines, kitchens and bathrooms.

3.Product features:

4.construction technology

(1) Inspection: Carefully check the leaking area and clean the dirt near the leaking area in preparation for grouting.

(2) Hole placement: Drill grouting holes in the leaking area. For deep cracks, oblique holes can be drilled through the joint surface. Generally, the hole spacing is 20cm-25cm.

(3) Buried nozzle sealing: Bury the grouting nozzle and seal it with quick-drying cement.

(4) Grouting: Determine the grouting pressure and grouting amount according to the specific conditions of the leakage site. Use a leak-stopping grouting pump to pour this product into the crack. When pure slurry appears in all adjacent holes, move it to the adjacent holes and grout under the specified pressure until the pressure cannot enter (injection rate ≤ 0.01L/min), and then close it. Valve(general grouting pressure 20MPa).

(5) After 72 hours, check whether there is water seepage in the leaking area. If there is no water seepage, break the grouting nozzle, and use quick-drying cement to seal and smooth the base surface.

5.Attentions

(1) Please wear protective equipment (such as glovesgoggles) during construction to avoid direct con-tact with rabbit skin.lf contaminated, please rinse with plenty of water immediately.

(2) This product is a solvent-based material. Please pay attention to ventilation and keep away from fire sources during construction. No open flames should be used around the construction area before the material has cured.

(3) The machine must be cleaned with detergent immediately after use until it is completely clean.

6.Transportation and storage

Transportation: The product is generally non-flammable and non-explosive material and can be transported as general cargo. However, during transportation, it should be protected from freezing, rain, direct sunlight, crushing, and collision to ensure the packaging remains intact.

Storage: When storing, ensure proper ventilation, dry conditions, and protection from direct sunlight. The storage temperature should not be below 0°C, and the product should not be stacked more than three layers high.
