1.Description:

High elastic liquid bitumen waterproof coating is a kind of high elasticity and high quality waterproof coating. It uses styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS) copolymer elastomer as a modifier to modify high-quality petroleum asphalt and add synthetic Resin, surfactant, emulsifier, antifungal and other auxiliary materials.

2.Application range:

(1) Prefabricated ,case-in-place concrete structure of factory building ,warehouse ,civil building ,and joints waterproof .

(2) Maintenance of old asphalt linoleum roof ,asbestos roof and various structures of the gutter ,flooding and other leaks.

(3) Basement , tunnel ,pool ,road , subway ,sloping roof ,reservoir ,various irregular roof and so on. 

3.Reference dosage

Under normal conditions, when the thickness of the waterproof layer coating is 1.0mm, the recommended dosage is about 2.8kg/㎡ (the actual dosage depends on the base condition and coating thickness).

4.Product features:

5.construction technology

(1) The base layer should be solid, flat, clean and dry, with no dust, debris or oil stains on the surface. The ying and yang corners at the junction of the horizontal and vertical surfaces should be made into flat and smooth rounded corners with a radius of no less than 50mm.

(2) Before applying a large area waterproof layer, the detailed nodes should be treated with an additional layer. The additional layer method is: firstly fabric and secondly application. The additional base material should be (30-50) g/㎡ polyester fiber non-woven fabric.

(3) For large-surface waterproof coating, roller brushing or mechanical spraying can be used. The coating should be applied or sprayed in layers, and the coating should be even. The coating should be applied after the previous coating is dry and film-forming (no stickiness when touched). The coating direction should be changed alternately each time the coating is applied, and the overlap width of the same layer of coating should be 30~50mm.

6.Attentions

(1) Do not store or apply in an environment below 5°C, otherwise the product will be frozen and cannot form a good film;

(2) Do not apply on a sanded base surface or a base surface with poor strength, otherwise the coating will not adhere firmly.

(3) After the waterproof coating is completed, a protective layer must be applied to prevent human damage;

7.Transportation and storage

During transportation and storage, different types of products should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Do not approach fire sources, avoid sun and rain, prevent collision, and pay attention to ventilation. Storage temperature 5℃~40℃. Stack up to two layers. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life of sealed packaging is 6 months.
