Application

1. Surfaces should be clean,smooth and free from any dusts,oil .
2. Pave the membrane on the surfaces and keep it flat and straight.
3. The overlapping width is 120mm,50mm is used for fasteners installed and make sure fasteners under the waterproof layer. Fasteners are installed according to designed position. Hot-air welding the overlap edge and pay more attention on the detail treatment.

Attentions

• TPO membranes reflect heat and light, wearing protective clothing (long-sleeved shirt, long-barreled trousers), and wearing a filter to protect the skin and eyes from UV-induced damage.
• Security measures for roof perimeter are necessary when application. Sheet surface is slippery when wet, taking care to avoid slide.
• No smoking during construction.

Storage and transportation

Transportation: The product is generally non-flammable and non-explosive material and can be transported as general cargo. However, during transportation, it should be protected from freezing, rain, direct sunlight, crushing, and collision to ensure the packaging remains intact.

Storage: When storing, ensure proper ventilation, dry conditions, and protection from direct sunlight. The storage temperature should not be below0°C, and the product should not be stacked more than three layers high.
