Coverage

Basis for construction material assessment: Whether it is mechanical spraying or manual scraping, the amount of non-curing material used is always 2.6kg/2mm/㎡, which is used as the basis for acceptance.

Application Procedures

1. The base should be solid, flat, clean and dry (water content not more than 8%), with no dust, debris or oil stains on the surface. The inner and outer corners at the intersection of the plane and the vertical surface should be made into arcs or 45 degree slope angles.

2. Place the non-curing material in a heater and heat it to 120°C (150°C for spraying).

3. For large-area non-curing waterproof coating construction, use an iron bucket to take out the cured product, pour it on the base layer, use a toothed scraper to apply it evenly, and scrape it all over the base layer to the designed thickness. No omissions should be made and the coating should be applied to the designed thickness as required. Mechanical spraying can also be used.

Limitation

• Not subject to any traffic and must be protected by protective screed or polystyrene board.
• Do not apply with high consumption than recommended amount.

Transportation and storage  

During transportation and storage, different types of products should be stacked separately and should not be mixed. Do not approach fire sources, avoid sun and rain, prevent collision, and pay attention to ventilation. Storage temperature 5℃~40℃. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the shelf life of sealed packaging is 12 months.
